If you’re a returning Queen, the Team of Queens is excited to see your smiling face in March of 2025. If you’re new to Queens, welcome to the Queendom!!!! Get ready for a day that was created with you in mind. The Quintessential Queens Conference is a one-day “experience” that is designed to remind you just how important and special you are as a Queen! Come out and share with us as we set aside some time to remind you why you are Crown-worthy! Our theme this year is “Embellish Excellence”, because you add something to everything and everyone that you encounter. We simply want to bring “your piece of the puzzle” to the forefront of your mind and give you a gentle reminder of why you are destined to Walk Worthy! Q. The flyer says Conference and Retreat. How can I attend you attend the retreat?

A.  If you want to attend BOTH the Conference and Retreat, FABULOUS, we would love to have you. The retreat is open to the first 15 women who register and pay their retreat in full. To hold your spot, there is a $99.00 non-refundable deposit. The full cost is $575.00 and must be paid in full by February 15, 2025 – NO EXCEPTIONS!

What’s Included?: For the low cost of $575.00, you can attend the Queens Conference on Friday, the Retreat on Saturday and the bonus Stay and Play on Sunday. For those traveling in, we offer a complimentary shuttle between LAX airport and the hotel, where you will enjoy a two-night stay (double occupancy in the room). If you are local, there is overnight and street parking available at the hotel. To preserve the integrity of the retreat and for the privacy of our guest, the location is only disclosed to registered participants. All meals are covered through breakfast on Sunday. The hotel has a heated indoor pool; no hot tub, and a full workout room. If you have any questions, feel free to call 424.559.8282. We are in the office Monday – Thursday between 10am and 3pm Pacific Standard Time.

*All payments for the retreat must be paid in full no later than February 15, 2025. If you are not paying in full, you can make subsequent payments by using the donation button below. Remember, the retreat is only open to 15 women, we wont lose track of your payments.

Our conference venue is just a short Uber ride from both the airport and the hotel (connect with other Queens on our FB group to share a ride). You do not need to rent a car, unless you just want to. There is a nightly parking fee at the hotel and free on-street parking.

What you can do NOW? SAVE THE DATE!!!!!!!! INVITE OTHER QUEENS! Go ahead an request the time off from work, book your flights (airport code LAX), and start saving for your trip! We look forward to seeing you in Los Angeles, March 7 for the Conference and enjoying the first 15 of you through March 9th, 2025!  The last day to register for the RETREAT in February 15, 2025. DONT DELAY. The retreat spaces are usually fully SOLD OUT by the end of January.

Q.  What if I’m coming from out-of-State?

A.  We’ve got you covered.  If you need to arrive on Thursday, March 6, we have a room block with our host hotel for Thursday, March 6 – Monday, March 10.  The room block will be lifted on February 15, 2025 and unsold rooms will be released back to the hotel.
