Exchange Only Policy
Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. All items are shipped via Priority mail for tracking purposes. If 7 days have passed since your purchase has arrived to you, unfortunately, we can NOT offer you a full refund, but we will consider an exchange. All dresses are “pressed” as ordered, based on your selection. Please be mindful of the sizing; SMALL (10) MEDIUM (12) LARGE (14) LARGE EXTRA (16) 2X (18) , 3X (20), and 4X (22). Standard US Sizes. How the dress fits is based on your body shape and type. Our garments offer a lot of flexibility and we believe you will be pleased. If you want a tighter fit order down. If you want the off the shoulder sex appeal, order a size up.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the dress has been worn, washed, damaged or smells like perfume, your garment will be returned to you as no cost. We try to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied, but as a small boutique business, we do not re-sale product that has already been worn by another customer.
We will happily replace/exchange your garment if….
- Stones are missing
- You were shipped the wrong garment
- Your garment is defective
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, this will be determined by Stephanie C. Harper, Founder of “Say It On A Dress”.
Items that will absolutely NOT be refunded are:
- Items that are not returned within 7 days after delivery.
- Items that have been damaged by the customer (you don’t need to iron these dresses, just put them in the dryer inside out for about 5 minutes and the wrinkles will knock themselves out)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or missing item
Please contact us at {424.559.8282} during the hours of 10am and 3pm, Monday – Thursday, Pacific Standard Time. We are happy to help, you but don’t “pop off” because we can snap, crackle and pop too! Sale items cannot be replaced/exchanged
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Our Q&A department does examine product before mailed, so we don’t anticipate any issues. If you need to exchange your garment, it must be returned within 7 days to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate coupon code will be mailed to you.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
